In this role, youll collaborate with diverse surgical teams and be exposed to varied workplace methods and cutting-edge skills in perioperative nursing. Qualifications:
  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • At least 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, fast-paced surgical environments
Schedule/

Hours:
  • Variable shifts with potential on-call responsibilities
  • Full-time contract with guaranteed weekly hours
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assess patients for operative procedures
  • Circulate and/or scrub during surgeries, managing sterile field and instruments
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teams
  • Monitor patient status and respond efficiently to changes or emergencies
  • Advocate for patient safety and follow infection control protocols
