Senior Administrative Assistant

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides day‑to‑day support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports leaders and teams through a variety of administrative and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Support meeting logistics, including agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups
- Assist with onboarding, team events, and general office coordination
- Track and order office supplies and manage vendor interactions
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Familiarity with HR or corporate environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
