We are currently searching for one full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens Apartments in Hershey, PA. This position will provide administrative and operational support to a large apartment community by managing resident communications, coordinating office tasks, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing office functions.

Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage high-volume phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support daily resident needs, including work orders and general communication.
- Assist leasing team with apartment tours, showcasing community features and amenities while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
- Help coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including applications, lease paperwork, and inspections.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Maintain organized office systems to support leasing and management operations.
- Assist with planning and promoting resident events to enhance community engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule services and ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and confidentiality standards.
- Provide general support to the leasing office and assist with additional duties as needed.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
