Maintenance Inventory Coordinator

As part of the Maintenance Administration Team, this position will support the purchasing, sourcing, invoicing, and inventory control processes for our maintenance operations. This role will work closely with our MRO Buyer, trades managers, store room and finance teams to ensure best practices are being followed and internal processes and controls are in place.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
- Create purchase requests and purchase orders. Monitor inbox for incoming orders, create weekly purchase orders and convert purchase requests to purchase orders. *
- Assist with the documentation, tracking, communication and completion of orders. *
- Assist in the creating and maintaining of documents related to overhaul including reviewing attractions manuals for part and warrant information, forecasting non-recurring expenses, documenting year over year changes, and providing reports for overhaul completion. *
- Maintain oversight of the office supply budget and order accordingly. *
- Create and submit new vendor requests and own the new vendor onboarding process. *
- Assist with the creation of remote inventory controls including program set up, product identification and tracking. *
- Provide reporting on Capital projects including open invoices, work orders and purchase requests. *
- Review and sort invoices to appropriate folders for processing. Maintain proper billing for key accounts. *
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Amusement Park, Construction/Maintenance, or a related industry
- High School/GED - Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 3 years.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
- Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
