Hershey, PA – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
- Long term contract
Rate: $35-38/hr on W2 or $40-45/hr on 1099 or C2C- MAX
Required skills, experience, etc.: 4-5+ years of experience in invoice management, Service Now SAM/HAM, A/P workflows, procurement
Nice to have: SAP Ariba
Interview process: 2 client interviews

Job Description:

We are looking for an Invoicing Systems Operations Analyst to perform financial, asset, and Information Systems service management processes.

• Manage telecom and network invoice actions
• Perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software
• Maintain accurate asset record keeping
• Fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors
• Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested

Required:

• 4-5+ years of relevant experience in A/P workflows and invoicing systems
• Service Now SAM/HAM
• Understanding of procurement activities
• Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Preferred:

• SAP Ariba
• IS-related industry experience
