The Associate Manager Modernization plays a key role in keeping Hershey’s Modernization Program moving with clarity, consistency, and high-quality execution. In this role, you will partner closely with the EMT Governance Manager and cross-functional partners across Strategy, Capital, IS, and the EMT core team to support program governance, system operations, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement. You will help turn program data, enhancement requests, and stakeholder feedback into practical insights that enable better decisions and stronger adoption across the business.

• Maintain the EMT project management system by supportingideaand project creation, conversion, ongoing updates, user access, issue resolution, data integrity, andtimelystakeholder reporting.
• Partner with the EMT Governance Manager to coordinate program planning, enhancements, prioritization, testing, deployment, and rollout support.
