Parking Attendants are the first and last point of contact for all guests visiting Hershey's Chocolate World. This position is responsible for the safety of guests while entering/exiting by directing guests to the appropriate parking areas, maintaining proper flow of vehicles in and out of the parking lot, and ensuring spaces are available. Parking Attendants assist with setting up parking cones and directional signage as needed, process cash transactions, and provide general directions.

They are empowered to handle numerous guest situations to ensure satisfaction. This position is not a valet position.

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Maintain a neat appearance and meet uniform standards
• Walk or stand for 5-8 hours
• Push, pull, lift, and carry 25-50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist
• Ability to tolerate repetitive hand, finger, wrist motions
• Effective communication with guests and coworkers; teamwork

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)

Experience: Parking experience preferred but not required
