We are currently searching for a full-time Resident Service Coordinator to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens Apartments. This position will serve as the customer service specialist for two conventional apartment communities in the Hershey/Harrisburg area. Rate: Based on experience starting at $19 an hour.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors, residents, prospects, and vendors, providing professional, courteous, and efficient front desk coverage in a high-volume, conventional apartment community.
- Answers and routes incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly.
- Supports leasing operations.
- Assists with processing rental applications.
- Maintains accurate resident, prospect, and leasing records.
- Receives, records, and tracks work orders requests.
- Conducts resident follow-up communication.
- Assists with move-in and move-out processes.
- Supports rent collection efforts.
- Performs routine administrative duties including sorting and distributing mail, scanning, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office systems to support leasing and management staff.
- Assists with organizing, promoting, and communicating community events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the leasing office and community operations.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must have reliable, insured transportation and valid drivers license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation details: 19-19 Hourly Wage
