Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem is a long-standing, physician-led private practice consisting of 81 physicians and 168 CRNAs, serving a rapidly expanding healthcare system within St. Lukes University Health Network.

Due to continued growth, ASB is actively recruiting full-time, partnership-track anesthesiologists.

Physicians are deeply engaged in perioperative leadership and quality initiatives, including:

• ERAS protocols

• Surgical optimization programs

• Physician-led leadership roles across the network

• Average total compensation: ~$615,000 per year

  • $465,000 base salary

  • $80,000 voluntary call compensation

  • $70,000 annual 401(k) contribution

• Sign-on bonus: $50,000

• Relocation assistance: $10,000

• Licensing reimbursement, car and cell stipends

• 8 weeks of vacation

• Partnership after 2 years with a modest $2,500 buy-in
