Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning is looking for an Assistant Director to serve as the educational leader of the Center. This role includes overseeing curriculum delivery, maintaining classroom quality, and managing a diverse educational staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The position offers a salary range of $79,500 to $92,505 based on experience. The Assistant Director will also collaborate closely with the Center Director to shape policy and culture.
