Milton Hershey School is seeking a Gospel Choir Director to work with approximately 50 middle-high school students. Responsibilities include preparing and rehearsing students for musical presentations, selecting suitable music, and leading the choir during performances.
The ideal candidate has formal musical training and at least 3 years of experience as a Musical Director, particularly with a Gospel Choir. Strong mentorship and communication skills are essential, as well as availability on weekends.
