Milton Hershey School (MHS) is one of the world’s best pre-K through 12th grade private schools, where approximately 2,200 students from disadvantaged backgrounds are provided with a cost-free home and a top‑notch career‑focused education. Thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, the school is fully endowed today, with the resources to ensure students can thrive. The school has prepared over 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students.

MHS is seeking a skilled Enrollment Management School Psychologist to join our high‑volume Enrollment Management team. Enrollment Management School Psychologists play a critical role in evaluating prospective students ages 4 - 15. They conduct comprehensive record reviews, administer psychological assessments, and prepare written reports that inform enrollment decisions. This role requires deep expertise in both school psychology and clinical psychology, with advanced skill in psychological assessment.

This is an in‑office position that includes some evenings and weekends to support operational needs. Starting pay range is $83,000–$111,000, based on years of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review student files and educational/clinical records.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, achievement, behavioral, personality, observational, and psychosocial evaluations.
  • Prepare high‑quality written reports summarizing findings.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to support timely and accurate evaluations.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Provide guidance to non‑licensed or non‑certified staff involved in the processes.
  • Deliver presentations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment and enrollment processes.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date professional knowledge through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in School Psychology and/or Clinical Psychology required; additional assessment training beyond the master’s level required. A doctoral degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience administering psychological assessments in school and/or clinical settings, including both objective and projective tools.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing children ages 4–15, including intelligence, behavioral, and personality evaluations.
  • Strong ability to conduct thorough, discerning file reviews with exceptional judgment.
  • Outstanding written communication skills, especially in report writing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, databases, and online assessment platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; experience working with underserved populations a plus.
  • Proven success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff serve as role models for students.
