The Wardrobe Supervisors will oversee the operation of assigned tasks for the day and lead the employees to achieve the department’s goals for the operations season.

Responsibilities- Assist with wardrobe fittings and enforce Entertainment Complex appearance standards
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Ensure that all timesheets are completed properly for accurate recordkeeping
- Utilize a computer based inventory system
- Create name tags
- Assist with washing and drying any laundered items
- Conduct first day orientations with all new and returning employees, emphasizing proper department procedures
- Ability to operate point of sale register, handheld devices and run the employee store
- Comfortable with cash handling
- Assist with the jersey personalization process and provide support as needed
- Act as the Department Representative On Duty, as needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying
- One year of hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Proven guest relations, problem-solving, task management skills, and organizational skills
- Professional and practical communication skills
- Must be able to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment as well as be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times
- Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information
- Must be able to work at least four-weekend shifts per month and 32 hours per week Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work between 7 AM-7 PM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment at locations both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather situations
- Physical requirements include standing (75-100% of the shift), sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 60 lbs., finger dexterity, and efficient communication
