This is a part-time, seasonal position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, with work hours being primarily in the summer and the fall. The company will not provide relocation assistance or other employment benefits for this position.

Parking Attendants are the first and last point of contact for all guests visiting Hershey's Chocolate World! This position is responsible for the safety of Chocolate World guests while entering or exiting by directing guests to the appropriate parking areas, maintaining proper flow of vehicles in and out of the parking lot, and ensuring spaces are available for guests. Parking Attendants assist with setting up parking cones and directional signage as needed.

They are also responsible for processing cash transactions and providing general directions. Parking Attendants are empowered to handle numerous guest situations to ensure guest satisfaction. This position is not a valet position.

This position requires a focus on exceptional customer service and expects the individual to be approachable, courteous, knowledgeable about our products, able to clearly communicate with guests and assist them with questions, and able to provide general information to guests with a high level of professionalism. The required skills will be learned primarily through on-the-job training.
