G reets all patients and visitors entering and exiting the facility. Guides patients to the appropriate patient care areas.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be personable and friendly at all times.
• Ability to work as a team member and assist other coworkers.
• Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations.
• Excellent professional and effective communications skills, both verbal and in writing.
• Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to respect the need for confidentiality in all duties performed.

• Bilingual Skills (Spanish) preferred.
• Experience in Medical Office, Reception, or Customer Service preferred.
