Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (Inpatient Nephrology) to deliver high-acuity care on the Acute Nephrology Service, performing daily rounds, assessments, and treatment plans for AKI, CKD, electrolyte disorders, and hypertension.
The APP collaborates with nephrologists, hospitalists, dialysis teams, and supports outpatient care for ESRD, requiring PA NP license, MSN and BLS; inpatient nephrology experience preferred.
