Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of databases; and for the input, review and validation of data used from the databases to generate required reports. This position is responsible for assisting with system maintenance and troubleshooting of the scheduling system for nursing, along with creation and distribution of associated reporting. This role has oversight of central scheduling for nursing staff and creates reporting for nursing units at Holy Spirit Medical Center.
In addition to these functions, the role coordinates technical systems access, credential tracking and onboarding for contracted nursing services.
- Associate's degree in related field or equivalent knowledge and 1-2 years related experience
- Must have effective communication skills, be proactive and analytical
- Must be able to develop and maintain accurate filing systems for retrieving electronic data as well as paper reports
- Prior Smart Square Experience Preferred
- Must be proficient with Excel
