This position assists restaurant management in overseeing guest service and satisfaction at the Hershey Lodge.

As a Part‑Time Team Member, you will enjoy free admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food and shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee !

• Greet guests upon arrival in the restaurant and seat guests in accordance with their requests and server rotation *
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges *
• Coordinate reservations and seating charts, answer telephones, and oversee service, safety, and sanitation to ensure quality *
• Respond to guests' questions, requests, and concerns *
• Perform other duties as assigned *

• Must be at least 16 years of age *

• Previous restaurant service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale computer and calculator.
• Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Professional image representative of company image.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash.

• Physical requirements include standing (up to 100% of shift), walking, bending, stooping, hearing, speaking, and finger dexterity.
• The ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment.
• Ability to work a flexible eight‑hour shift, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, including weekends and holidays.
