Asst Executive Housekeeper

Hilton Grand Vacations -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in directing and managing the housekeeping department to meet standards of operation, quality and productivity;
Routinely inspect rooms and common areas for compliance with departmental standards;
Monitor guest requests and complaints and coordinate with other departments to provide service excellence;
Maintain inventory of linens and supplies; oversee Lost and Found and uniform exchange processes;
Assist with hiring, supervising, disciplining, and training of staff; assist with payroll and scheduling
