Hersheypark Guest Experience Leader
Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres, and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long! As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo, and an entire water park.
This position is responsible for leading the daily Guest Experience operations and performing department training in order to provide greater continuity of service s position participates across the department for Guest Experience duty shifts and supports their focus area's Managers.

Job Duties:
- Experience operations by monitoring staffing levels and assigning staff to adapt to business needs. Direct and coach employees for Hersheypark, Zoo America, and Sweet Lights.
- Serve as Manager on Duty for the department and respond to guest and staff escalations. Provide coverage for Guest Experience Sweet Core Supervisor shifts as needed.
- Provide training for the Hersheypark Guest Experience department employees while providing feedback to department leaders on ways to improve content and programming.
- Assist with guest recovery by maintaining a presence within the Guest Experience department and handling escalated issues.
- Lead off-season daily operations and assist with creating training components under department leadership's direction to prepare for in-season operations.
- Monitor labor and expenses with organizational audit standards to secure all company assets. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Industry Experience - Amusement Park, Hospitality/Tourism
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid Drivers' License
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 3 years
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, and Windows.
- Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
- Knowledgeable in ticketing systems.
