OverviewThe Hershey Company is transforming our Executive Talent Acquisition capability focusing on proactive talent sourcing and an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to serve as the EVP ambassador ensuring a white‑glove candidate experience for executive level candidates.
Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional candidate experience as the liaison between candidates, executive assistants, leaders, and the Executive Talent Acquisition team.
- Lead and coordinate candidate scheduling, agendas, travel, amenities, and the onsite candidate experience for all executive candidates.
- Provide information and updates to candidates regarding travel, transportation, campus amenities and maintain partnerships with local lodging and restaurants.
- Schedule executive search update meetings and behavioral assessment requests.
- Compile and review candidate pipeline reports to provide insights into recruitment strategies.
- Create comprehensive interview guides to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the interview process.
- Manage the creation of offer letters in conjunction with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition, including consulting with legal on non‑standard offer letters and background check results.
- Monitor pre‑employment contingencies and ensure pending hires are approved for employment.
- Process new hires through the Applicant Tracking and Onboarding systems, ensuring all candidates are statused appropriately.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to send communications on first‑day expectations to new hires.
- Participate in the design, ongoing improvement, and execution of pre‑employment onboarding activities.
- Process expense checks for reimbursement for recruitment activities.
- Process advertising and vendor invoices, ensuring correct billing and processing against proper cost centers.
- Initiate candidate relocation and authorizations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including ordering products for candidate gift bags, calendar coordination, and other projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- HR certifications (SHRM, AIRS) preferred.
- 1–3+ years’ HR experience required;
Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist experience is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of recruitment process.
- Knowledge of SAP HR Technology and Applicant Tracking systems (Success Factors preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, planning skills, and exceptional follow‑up skills.
- Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize, and strong sense of urgency.
