Recruiter - Hybrid Hershey PA

Location: Hershey, PA (Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week)

Hudson Talent Solutions has partnered with one of the world's most iconic and beloved confectionery and snack brands to find an experienced Recruiter to join their talent acquisition function in Hershey, PA. This is a unique opportunity to embed within a global consumer goods powerhouse and make a real impact across their manufacturing and operations workforce.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, with a strong focus on food manufacturing and maintenance positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and deliver on hiring timelines
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, Linked In, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles within manufacturing and technical operations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate experience throughout the process, and provide timely feedback
• Track and report on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and key hiring metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
• Collaborate across multiple sites in the Hershey, PA area as needed

• A minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with additional experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise recruiting within food manufacturing environments, including maintenance and technical trades roles
• A strong understanding of the unique sourcing challenges and candidate profiles within industrial and manufacturing sectors
• Experience managing high-volume requisition loads with a structured, organized approach
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers at all levels
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to recruiting with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

• You are a seasoned recruiter who knows how to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• You have a genuine passion for manufacturing and operations talent and understand what makes great candidates in this space
• You are comfortable working on-site two days per week and building relationships face-to-face with the teams you support
• You are highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple roles and sites
• You bring energy, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do
