Talent Acquisition Support
This position will provide talent acquisition, onboarding, and customer service support to internal and external guests at the HR Support Center.
Job Duties:
- Assist employees with next steps in the employment process, including answering questions about required paperwork, background checks, scheduling drug tests, etc. Handle Union compliance ranking process by evaluating employee eligibility.
- Prepare employee records for new hires, rehires, and transfers, including reviewing employment paperwork, background check status, and other position requirements.
- Complete employee processing for new hires, rehires, and transfers, including creating employee , reviewing I-9 documentation, and entering data in the ATS and Payroll system.
- Serve as a first point of contact for Human Resources Support Center customers by answering questions, providing , completing online applications, benefits enrollments, and assisting with other customer needs.
- Complete employment verifications via email, fax, and in person.
- Assist with data entry into the HRIS system and assist with vendor processing.
- Create job requisitions by reviewing Job Posting Requests, entering data from hiring managers into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and submitting job postings for the company career website.
- Review and screen candidate's work history/resume and route candidates via the ATS. Assist both internal and external candidates in the application process.
- Assist with processing offer letters, reviewing hiring manager details, confirming acceptances, and sending out paperwork.
- Participate in HE&R Job Fairs, assist with the HR Support call center, and assist the HR Support Team with processes, projects, or office duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience, featuring at least 1 year in customer service and at least 1 year of office or clerical experience (HR exposure highly preferred)
- Completion of high school or GED.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with an HRIS system and/or an Applicant Tracking System preferred
- Skilled in the use of Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
