As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and our agency’s growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
• Delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service to clients
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Partnering with carriers to resolve issues and secure the best outcomes
• Staying current on industry trends and insurance products
• Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred; we’ll support you in obtaining one if needed)
• Minimum 2 years of personal lines customer service or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining quality service
