Advanced Insurance Solutions, Inc., located in Hershey and York, PA, is hiring a Personal Lines Producing Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. You would work out of our Hershey PA office.

This position offers a competitive salary with commission opportunities, giving you the stability of steady income plus the potential to increase earnings through production. A Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is required, and a Pennsylvania Life License is a plus for additional growth opportunities.

• Manage client needs: process policy changes, billing inquiries, renewals, and claims support
• Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
• Identify and generate leads for personal lines insurance products
• Conduct policy reviews, recommending coverage enhancements or savings
• Cross-sell and account-round to expand client protection and agency growth
• Educate clients on insurance policies, terms, and coverage options
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve issues and secure competitive coverage
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required)
• Pennsylvania Life License (preferred; provides additional opportunities)
• Previous experience in personal lines customer service or sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with computers and agency management systems
