Erwin Agency LLC is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Commercial Insurance Agent to join our team in Hershey, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while helping local businesses protect what matters most. Responsibilities:- Prospect, develop, and manage a book of commercial insurance clients across various industries
- Assess client business risks and recommend appropriate commercial coverage solutions
- Quote, bind, and service commercial lines policies including GL, property, workers' comp, and more
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate competitive rates and coverage terms
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and changes in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Prior experience in commercial lines insurance sales or account management preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and meet sales goals
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
