The Domestic Transportation, Analyst Logistics,is responsible for managing andoptimizingcustomer outbound shipments across the U.S., ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery performance. This role coordinates daily shipments, partners with Uber Freight and carriers, monitors KPIs such as on-time delivery and transit times, and resolves service issues tomaintaincustomer satisfaction.

By analyzing transportation data, improving routing and load planning, and collaborating with customer service teams, the analyst supports both operational efficiency and strategic supply chain goals, directlyimpactingcost control, reliability, and customer trust.

What will you do?

• Ensure On-Time Customer Deliveries
  - Manage and monitor outbound shipments to consistently meet customer service-level agreements and delivery commitments.
