Aerotek Hiring Production Workers – Hershey, PA

Aerotek is hiring production workers in Hershey, PA, offering a pay rate of $20/hr available shifts include:

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

All contractors must be flexible to work both 2nd and 3rd shifts, as schedules will rotate. The first week of training will take place on 1st shift.

Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you'll contribute across multiple roles such as Tray Scraper, Magazine Supplier, Cupper, Picker, Hand Packer, and more. You'll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, supporting product quality, and ensuring efficient machine operations.

• Maintain proper glove usage and hygiene standards; change gloves while rotating between tasks
• Supply cups to cup setter magazines and clear any jammed cup paper
• Scrape trays and keep the cup setter area consistently clean
• Verify correct cup paper sizes and adjust improperly placed cups
• Inspect products on the belt and remove any defective items or jams
• Perform routine metal detection checks and clean detection equipment
• Pack cases with the correct number of bags and ensure proper sealing
• Rotate between workstations including filling, sealing, and tracking product quality

• Background in production, manufacturing, packaging, food production, or general labor
• Ability to work a rotating schedule across 2nd and 3rd shifts (training on 1st shift required)
• Experience with picking, cleaning, hand packing, and maintaining production flow

This is a contract position based out of Hershey, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.
