How will you fit in the big picture?

As a Sr Team Lead Line Lead in Manufacturing Operations Management at our Hershey facility, you will play a critical role in leading a complex manufacturing area and guiding multiple interconnected teams. You will serve as a key link between frontline operations and senior leadership, ensuring alignment across safety, quality, cost, and delivery priorities.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving operational excellence while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

Accountabilities What will you do?
  • Lead and align multiple manufacturing teams to consistently achieve performance targets across safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges, including equipment issues and supply constraints.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and assess their impact on production.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and coach frontline and mid-level leaders, building a strong pipeline of future talent.
Prior Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or a related field, with demonstrated leadership of teams or production areas.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality systems, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and manage cross‑functional collaboration.
