Coverage area: Primary Dauphin and Lebanon - Can be asked to assist throughout territory - additional areas include Cumberland, Perry, Franklin, Adams
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Call Expectations: Participates in weekend on-call rotation and holiday coverage (at a minimum one summer and one winter holiday)

- Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
- Provide pain and symptom management
- Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
- One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
