Reporting to Nursing Professional Development leadership, the RN Educator collaborates with the ICU Nurse Manager, clinical nurse specialists, physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rehab, case management, and social work to deliver needs assessments, data‑driven gap analysis, orientation design, bedside coaching, simulation, preceptor development, and protocol optimization. The RN Educator supports complex, fast‑paced care in a hospital recognized for excellence, including a Top Hospital Safety Grade “A” rating from The Leapfrog Group, the Emergency Nurses Association Lantern Award, and various AHA awards.

• BSN required.
• Two years of nursing experience.
• Active RN license (state or compact).
• AHA BLS certification by the end of orientation.
