The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider. The LPN will observe, report, and record medical information in the electronic medical record, instruct patients and families per teaching plans, and communicate with the healthcare team to coordinate individualized patient care.

• Currently licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required prior to completion of orientation.
