SUMMARY OF POSITIONPenn State Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient developmental pediatrics team. This role provides care for children with developmental and behavioral conditions, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and genetic disorders. Responsibilities include conducting new patient evaluations, providing ongoing management, and managing medications as appropriate, in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)- Master's Degree in Nursing with clinical specialization.
- Two (2) years of RN experience.
- Current CRNP license in Pennsylvania.
- Pediatric experience required; outpatient experience with developmental or behavioral disorders preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
