- Annual Salary: $277K–$359K (up to $359K for experienced CRNAs; $277K for new grads)
- Sign‑On
Incentives:
up to $165K in sign‑on incentives; $50,000 sign‑on bonus, up to $65,000 in completion bonuses - Education Expense Program: up to $40,000 in tuition reimbursement
- $10,000 relocation stipend (if eligible)
- Extra paid time off awarded on start date:
- 5 additional PTO days
- 56 hours (FT) or 12 hours (PT) of personal time
- $3,000 yearly CME dollars (option to rollover)
- More than 7 weeks paid time away + 7 paid holidays

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- NBCRNA certification required
