• Annual Salary: $277K–$359K (up to $359K for experienced CRNAs; $277K for new grads)
• Sign‑On

  up to $165K in sign‑on incentives; $50,000 sign‑on bonus, up to $65,000 in completion bonuses
• Education Expense Program: up to $40,000 in tuition reimbursement
• $10,000 relocation stipend (if eligible)

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• NBCRNA certification required
• Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing
