Responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary professional care of a select patient population in Vascular Surgery. Functions include RN triage, patient phone calls and follow‑up, care coordination, patient intake, insurance authorization, and medical record reviews. The RN reports to various clinics to assist the attending with wound care, patient teaching, and coordination of follow‑up care. Attendance at weekly education sessions is required. The role requires a fundamental knowledge of vascular patients, with preference for experience in vascular surgery and wound care.

• Two (2) years nursing experience
• Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period

• Previous vascular surgery/wound care experience
• Outpatient experience preferred
