Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, is seeking graduates for a Graduate Nurse Residency Program. This full-time RN position supports a seamless transition from student to practicing nurse within the Women & Babies Center, a high-risk obstetrical unit with a Level IV NICU.
Residents remain on one unit for the year, participate in all learning opportunities, and rotate across areas as needed to build a strong postpartum, newborn, and antepartum foundation.
