Penn State Health is seeking an experienced RN for the 5 Acute Care Surgical Specialties unit in Hershey, PA. The Staff Nurse will work 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 0.90 FTE schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.
A BSN within four years is encouraged for hires after 2015. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care, with collaboration with medical staff and focus on discharge planning and patient education.
