Registered Nurse (RN) – PICU Travel Nurse in Hershey, PA (17033). 13-week travel assignment starting May 11, 2026. Weekly pay $1,970–$2,290. Active RN license and 1+ year recent PICU experience required.

- Shift: 12-hour nights (Night Shift PICU Nurse)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum 1 year recent Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required
- BLS (American Heart Association) required; PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity pediatric critical care environment
- Experience with pediatric ventilators, vasoactive drips, and advanced monitoring preferred
- Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and changes in status in the EMR
- Administer medications, infusions, and interventions per physician orders and PICU protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and social work to develop individualized care plans
- Perform bedside procedures and emergency interventions as required for pediatric critical care
- Educate and support patients' families and caregivers throughout the care process
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff while following infection control and safety policies
