SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Department of Anesthesia at Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center is currently seeking qualified CRNAs to work in a collegial and family-friendly environment. A variety of shift options are available, including 8s, 10s, 12s, or a combination thereof. Responsible for the provision of anesthesia care in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative areas for a variety of surgical specialties, including:
General, Urology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Podiatry. No hearts, no pediatrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
NBCRNA certification
Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment
Basic Life Support (BLS)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S)

New grads and experienced providers welcome.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required.
Epidural experience preferred but not required.
