- Manage nursing operations across the entire transplant continuum, including referral, evaluation, waitlist management, transplant, discharge, and post-transplant care.

- Drive transplant quality metrics, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with UNOS, CMS, OPTN, and transplant accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with transplant surgeons, cardiologists, nephrologists, hepatologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, social workers, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Improve patient access, referral management, care coordination, and transplant program growth.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, patient safety efforts, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
- Mentor, develop, and engage nursing staff while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an appropriate allied health or hospital leadership position required.
- Masters degree in a healthcare related field.
- Strong candidate will have one (1) or more years of experience with transplant and or cardiovascular services.
- Managerial and financial experience within a hospital setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and produce financial plans and reports preferred.
