We are seeking an experienced Food Safety & Quality Innovation Specialist to support Better-For-You (BFY), protein, and functional food innovation initiatives. This role is ideal for a food quality professional with a strong background in food manufacturing, new product development, and regulatory compliance who thrives in a fast-paced innovation environment
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Food Quality experience within the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience supporting new product development (NPD) and commercialization.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Food Safety principles
- HACCP
- GMPs
- FDA regulations
- Quality by Design principles
- Experience working with protein, Better-For-You (BFY), functional foods, or similar product categories.
- Manufacturing plant experience with food production processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
