As a Production Supervisor at our West Hershey plant, you will helpleada fast‑paced, high‑speed manufacturing environment that produces some of Hershey’s most iconic products. This is a night shift position supporting aunionplant and partnering across production, maintenance, quality, EHS, planning, and engineering to deliver safe, reliable, and high‑quality results.

You will manage daily production execution, support financial and staffing plans, and coach hourly team members while helping your area meet schedule, quality, safety, cost, and customer delivery expectations.

Lead and support hourly production teams to meet daily and weekly plant goals while reinforcing safe, quality‑focused, and productive work practices.

Coordinate activities across shifts and departments tomaintainstrong production flow, effective handoffs, labor staffing, andtimelyissue resolution.
