LEASING AGENT

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens. This position will include leasing responsibilities for Briarcrest Gardens and Laura Acres.

A PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. If you don't have one, we will pay for you to get one! When you join PMI, you are joining a stable and growing employee-owned management company at the forefront of the real estate industry and that has been in business for over 55 years.

Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

• Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
• Run tenant applications.
• Assist with rent collection.
• Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
• Various data entry.

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
