Job Location: Hershey, PA

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour or more based on experience

Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older

Availability: Rotating 40-hour schedule that includes daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Senior Area Coordinator of Food and Beverage Experience brings passion for the legacy of the Hershey’s brand to life at Hershey’s Chocolate World. Hershey’s Chocolate World is about creating moments of happiness and there is no better way to do so than by being a part of a food and beverage business that leverages and features our iconic brands. This position is focused on and prioritizes guest service exceeding expectations of each visitor.

It requires a focus on exceptional customer service and expects the individual to be approachable, courteous, knowledgeable about our products, able to clearly communicate with guests and assist them with questions, and able to provide general information to guests with a high level of professionalism.

This position is the Senior Area Coordinator within the Food and Beverage department. Responsibilities include employee training, merchandising and replenishment, making operational decisions, supporting department inventory, and delivering the highest level of customer service. The Sr. Area Coordinator will be a responsible party of driving the highest standards for all food processes and food safety.
