Job Location: Hershey, PA

Hourly Pay Rate: $23 or more based on experience

Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older

Availability: Rotating 40-hour schedule that includes daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is a Full-Time hourly position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The company will not provide relocation assistance.

A Senior Assistant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Hershey’s Chocolate World catering and events. They ensure the planning, preparing, and presenting of food for various events. They ensure events runs smoothly, maintain food quality, and adhere to safety standards while keeping The Hershey Company guest service standards and brand affinity in mind.

The Full-Time Senior Assistant Supervisor of Food Service Catering and Events is responsible for maximizing production and supervising the day to day operations of Hershey’s Chocolate World events.
