Position Overview

Part‑Time Warehouse Attendant (Day) – Hershey's Chocolate World. Pay: $16 per hour or more based on experience.

Minimum Age: 18 years or older

Shift: Daytime hours; must be available nights, weekends, and holidays, between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Seasonal (primarily summer and fall); minimal winter/spring hours.
Pay: $16.00+ per hour based on experience.

This is a part-time, seasonal position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania with work hours being primarily in the summer and the fall. There are minimal hours available during the winter and spring months. The company will not provide relocation assistance or other employment benefits for this position.

• Operate forklift and assist with incoming merchandise, input via RF devices, and verify accuracy of shipments and retail price info
• Perform order fulfillment, apply retail and bar code tickets, cycle counts, and bin maintenance
• Perform basic warehouse cleanup, including cardboard collection
• Follow quality control standards, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures

• Maintain neat appearance and meet uniform standards
• Continuously push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Walk or stand for 5–8 hours
• Perform repetitive tasks (pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, stooping, twisting)
• May involve heights and overhead work
• Use RF scanners for inventory control
• Use computer to complete inventory inquiries and data entry
• Have communication skills and function effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required

• Experience: 3 months warehouse receiving and forklift experience preferred but not required.

This description covers the most significant duties performed, but you may be responsible for other minor related work assignments.
