YOUR ROLE
As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates and have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
YourResponsibilities
- Passion for driving sales:
As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize fitting‑room and sales‑floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store experience. You support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results. - A people leader:
You motivate and inspire the team with AEO’s core values, model excellent service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and hold associates accountable. - Talent and training:
You recruit and hire strong talent and prioritize training and development to maintain a Guest‑First culture. - Teamwork:
You challenge sales and stock associates with clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching. You celebrate outstanding performance. - Visual & operational innovation:
You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures—including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards—ensuring the fitting rooms are always guest‑ready and meet AEO brand standards. - Integrity and safety:
You maintain store safety, adhere to asset‑protection standards, and follow AEO policies and procedures.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You have led teams in a retail management role.
- You can multi‑task, have attention to detail, and excel at priority‑setting and time management.
- You have business acumen.
- You have flexible availability and can work when guests shop.
- Actual starting pay depends on experience and location.
