Sales Ambassador

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients and represent the Ralph Lauren lifestyle on the sales floor. They build lasting client relationships through thoughtful styling, clienteling, and use of digital tools, while supporting the store team and contributing to sales goals. This role is a key entry point for future management opportunities within the company.

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs, demonstrating product knowledge, and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs.
• Strategize personal business growth through outreach, wardrobing, and leveraging CRM and digital tools for clienteling.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to support customer‑centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Adapt selling approach for remote and in‑person customers and capture meaningful customer data using Polo Connect and CRM tools.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute to store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing.

• Sales experience in a specialty, high‑volume, or high‑profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Comfort operating a register and standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform routine stockroom or floor tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
