Part Time Warehouse Stocker (Night) – Hershey's Chocolate World

Minimum Age: 18 years or older

Overnight Shift Hours of Availability:
Must be available 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays. Hours may vary seasonally.

This is a part‑time position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. No relocation assistance or other employment benefits are provided.

• Demonstrate our Customer Service Pledge.
• Be approachable, greet guests with a smile, listen to their needs, and provide a genuine Thank You to every guest.
• Fulfill nightly store orders to replenish the sales floor stock.
• Transport merchandise to store areas, perform nightly restocking and rotate product on the sales floor.
• Perform order fulfillment, application of retail and barcode tickets, cycle counts, and bin maintenance.
• Perform basic warehouse cleanup, including cardboard collection.
• Follow quality control standards, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.

• Customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• General retail knowledge is a plus.
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Push, pull, lift, and carry 50 pounds continuously.
• Walk or stand for 5–8 hours.
• Perform bending, stooping, twisting, and overhead lifting.
• Tolerate repetitive motion of hands, fingers, and wrists.
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers, functioning as part of a team.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Warehouse experience (preferred but not required).
