GIANT Center Merchandise Seller

Giant Center is a 10,500-seat multi-purpose arena, and hosts an impressive line-up of star-studded performances and events. Action-packed Hershey Bears hockey games, thrilling live entertainment, and one-of-a-kind events are a day in the life of our Hersheypark Entertainment Complex team members at Hersheypark, Giant Center, Hersheypark Stadium, or Hershey Theatre. The Merch Seller will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the GIANT Center where artist merchandise is sold.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
* Assist with preparation of the stand display(s) as needed before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale
* * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand throughout the duration of the event
* * Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service
* * Handle guest credit/debit cards and other applicable transactions properly
* * Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing
* * Assist leadership team with running product between stands
* * Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 18 years old
* Completion of High School or GED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment
* Must have attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
* Strong organizational skills for maintaining merchandise displays
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team Job Demands:
* Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift - this is an option, but will not be required
* Must be able to stand for extended periods
* Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs using safe lifting practices
